WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP POLICY

• Membership includes one massage session per month based on the selected membership level.  

• Membership fees are automatically billed each month to the card on file.  

• Additional visits within the same month receive exclusive member pricing.  

• Membership sessions are intended for the active member and are non-transferable.  

• Unused monthly sessions do not roll over unless approved by management.  

• A minimum 30-day notice is required to cancel or pause membership.  

• Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active.  

• Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated.
